Thank you very much for this. You have no idea how hard I try to find the information of this comics. I don’t even know this comic from 60s. I always thought it was from 50s. I read this comic when I was in Myanmar in 90s. Almost 30 years ago from old collection of our house owner. Didn’t know it was Beano, because all I know from the comic is the British Dennis the menace character and Billy the cat. I’m glad I could read all of this, finally!

Do you know of any comics similar to Billy the Cat? With a kid or girl just beating up criminals like this?

I am afraid not. If you ask this on the frontpage more people will read it and perhaps someone knows some examples.
