Welcome on this blog with compilations from British Comics.

Hello to all.
I am afraid i have some bad news, well not real bad, but for most of my blogs it will be not good. All good things comes to an end at sometime and this is the time the good things for most of my blogs will end as of now.
I will stop updating en repairing links and all that is necessary for those blogs. Not that i don’t like it anymore, but like i said in earlier comments i found other things to enjoy and focus on and that uses up a great part of my time. Real life activities and some online. And unfortunately there are only 24 hours in 1 day. I will only focus on and maintaining the British Comics Blog and the Newspaper Blog. All other blogs will still be here and all things can be downloaded as long as the links are alive. If there is something urgent or you have questions you still can make a comment, i will be observing the blogs for eventualities.

You will find compilations on characters, just stories and from different titles.

There are compilations made by various unknown makers, users of this blog and compilations i made myself.

Note that i only place compilations with stories published before 2000 (with the occasional exception).

You can view them with any cbr-reader.

You can access the compilations through the sidebar.
I did not scan myself only collect them from various sites on the internet, internet archive, Usenet Newsgroups and torrents.
So thanks to all the scanners and uploaders.

If you find something wrong (downloads, numbering, information) please let me know so that i can correct the error.

    1. Hi Boutje

I send you a compilation I just finished called “The Prisoner of Zenga”, it was drawn by John Stokes from issue 654 1975/10/11 to 668 1975/12/13, there was an extra adventure in the Valiant Annual 1977

Remember, with WeTransfer in a week the link will expire

    1. Thank you, thanks to the scanners and original uploaders. Sometimes stories are missing because there were not enough issues of Whoopee or any other title to make these. Perhaps someone else can help you.

  2. Can anybody help me to track down a British Comic story from the mid to late 60’s. It involved a flooding of the Earth. A group of people were travelling in a huge cylindrical sphere around the world until eventually the waters subsided. I remember reading the last couple of instalments when I was young but missed the earlier parts. I can’t remember the name of the story or which comic it was in (not much help) so I am relying on whether someone else recalls it.

    1. Hello, It very much sounds like a comic adaptation of Damnation Alley by Zelazny which was also a film starring George Peppard.

  3. I’ve been trying to download the Project SWORD annual and all I get is a different Space comic – also is there any chance of getting the complete Avengers (Diana Rigg) from the Diana comic?

      1. That’s an incredibly shame. You’ve done amazing work gathering all of this stuff in one place. Probably the most comprehensive collection on the net, and a lot of stuff you’ve got might not be anywhere else.

In the interests of media archival, could I ask whether you’ve got independent copies of these comics all backed up somewhere? If so, it might be prudent to try and upload them somewhere like the internet archive’s library.

      2. It’s good that you’re keeping backups of it even if the links on here become inaccessible.

Would you be willing to share those backups? There’s group of people myself included who’re interested in archiving your collection, and if we could work directly from the full collection it’d be much quicker and more secure than trawling mediafire links on here.

I can talk more through email or whatever communication method works best.
